Summary
Extended Bio

Ashley Ein Felson joined Pierson, Coats, Palash & Paul, LLP  in 2013, and has exclusively practiced family law since she was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2007. Her practice focuses on all aspects of marital dissolutions, including child custody, spousal and child support, property division, and division of retirement benefits. Additionally, Ashley consults individually with clients needing independent legal advice during their mediation or negotiation process.  Ashley seeks to reach practical resolutions for her clients, which subsequently serves to strengthen families. She often is able to assist clients in effectively and efficiently resolving issues, without the need for Court involvement.

Ashley graduated from Wellesley College in 2004 and obtained her J.D. from University of San Francisco in 2007.  In 2015 Ashley completed extensive mediation and alternative dispute resolution skills trainings, and obtained her certification as a mediator.

Ashley is an active member of the legal community and frequently volunteers for the San Francisco Bar Association’s Legal Advice and Referral Clinic.
